Has been turning into a combination “Matt’s fitness everything” and Peter Griffin’s “What Really Grinds My Gears”.
So, in keeping with that, my WOD:
30 min run @11.1 km/h
Every 2nd minute: 10 pushups, 10 air squats. No rest between anything. Worked out to 140 pushups and 140 air squats total.
Went light today because my lower back has been bothering me a bit, and the gym I have a membership at closes at 9:00 on Fridays. Does nobody else want to work out on a Friday night after 9:00?! The nerve.
Stretch, hot pack, protein and sleep.
