New PR: 415. That’s 2.30 times my bodyweight. Fear not, skinny kids. The weight goes up.

Here’s where things got kinda fun. I had basically a whole corner of the gym to myself (might’ve been the grunting), so I did some farmer’s walks. Throw a few plates on a bar, lift it up, walk 20 feet, and then put it down again. Repeat. Super fun, and one heck of an upper back builder.
